• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work in General Trias Cavite and on a hybrid setup (4x RTO).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Support volume hiring initiatives for manufacturing, technician, and engineering roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus partnerships.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Support employer branding, career fairs, and other talent attraction activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruitment processes.
