Job summary

You will troubleshoot downtime, assist with equipment automation, system integration, and networking projects, while ensuring data integrity and hardware compatibility.

Fresh graduates are welcome; onsite at General Trias, Cavite with a rotating 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Basic knowledge of software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
• Willing to work onsite in General Trias, Cavite and support a rotating 24/7 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing downtime and incident management across production areas.
• Provide L1/L2 software, hardware, and basic network troubleshooting support.
• Administer manufacturing test platforms (Windows and non-Windows).
• Support tester software deployment, maintenance, and change management.
• Assist in equipment automation, system integration, and networking projects.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and hardware compatibility of manufacturing systems.
