Job summary

You will help troubleshoot downtime, assist with automation and integration, and ensure data integrity across manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate holds a IT or Computer Engineering degree, is open to fresh graduates, and is willing to work onsite in General Trias with a rotating 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Basic knowledge of software, hardware, and network troubleshooting.
• Willing to work onsite in General Trias, Cavite and support a rotating 24/7 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing downtime and incident management across F1, F2, and F3 production areas.
• Provide L1/L2 support for software, hardware, and basic network-related issues.
• Administer manufacturing test platforms, including Windows, non-Windows, and legacy tester environments.
• Support tester software deployment, maintenance, and change management.
• Assist in equipment automation, system integration, and networking projects.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and hardware compatibility of manufacturing systems.
