Enable PH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support growth through strategic recruitment and enhanced processes. The role focuses on attracting top talent with grit and alignment to company culture, while building a strong recruiting pipeline to enable business expansion and innovation.

The successful candidate will own sourcing, screening and onboarding, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement to accelerate hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year bachelor’s degree program.
• Proven 2–3 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Willing to work on-site, 5 days per week.

• Align recruitment strategies with market dynamics, growth goals and culture.
• Execute recruiting strategies to ensure a pipeline of top talent for business expansion and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational success through TA initiatives.
• Accelerate hiring timelines and address staffing challenges to meet business demands.
• Own the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding and drive continuous improvement.
• Attract candidates with grit, talent and cultural fit using innovative sourcing methods and employer branding.
