Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to deliver end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia, with a focus on hotel group and timeshare operations. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines in Taleo, and coordinate interviews through onboarding.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Seek and agencies, ensure a positive candidate experience, and help build employer branding.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.
• Experience recruiting across different functions, departments or locations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer coordination and onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment briefs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Seek, Taleo, recruitment agencies, talent databases and other relevant channels.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for a broad range of roles across the business.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within Taleo and other recruitment systems.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks and other pre-employment requirements.
• Assist with skill testing and psychometric assessments where required.
• Ensure candidates receive a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team and support the delivery of effective recruitment solutions across the business.

How You’ll Shine

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, offer coordination and onboarding.

• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop clear and effective recruitment briefs.

• Assist with recruitment for professional, management and specialist positions, as well as other vacancies as required.

• Maintain accurate and timely candidate information within Taleo and other recruitment systems.

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks and other pre-employment requirements.

• Assist with skill testing and psychometric assessment processes where required.

• Ensure candidates receive a consistent, professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Support compliance with relevant employment, immigration and pre-employment requirements.

• Prepare recruitment reports and assist with analyzing talent acquisition data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Assist with maintaining recruitment templates, job advertisements, career pages and talent databases.

• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen the Company’s talent attraction strategy.

• Assist in identifying new sourcing platforms, recruitment technologies and innovative approaches to attract talent.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with recruitment agencies and external recruitment partners.

• Provide support and guidance to Hiring Managers on recruitment processes, interviewing and candidate selection.

• Participate in regular recruitment meetings and provide updates on vacancies, sourcing activity and recruitment progress.

• Support recruitment projects and initiatives focused on improving sourcing, efficiency, candidate experience and retention.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve recruitment processes and systems.

• Demonstrate integrity, accountability and professionalism in all aspects of the role.

• Work collaboratively with HR, Hiring Managers and colleagues to achieve business and talent objectives.

What You Will Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role.

• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.

• Experience recruiting across different functions, departments or locations is advantageous.

• Southeast Asia recruitment experience is an advantage.

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

• Experience using recruitment platforms or ATS systems such as Taleo, LinkedIn or Seek is preferred.

• Good understanding of interview and candidate assessment practices.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
