Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage relationships with leaders, and optimize our sourcing through Taleo, Seek, and LinkedIn across Southeast Asia. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to develop robust talent strategies, enhance the employer brand, and ensure a high standard of candidate care throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience across SE Asia advantageous.
• Experience with behavioral interview methodologies.
• Ability to consult and influence hiring managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-level roles (M band and above).
• Develop sourcing strategies and employer branding in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate ATS, Taleo, and other portals (Seek, LinkedIn).
• Provide guidance to recruiters and managers on recruitment methods and best practices.
