Sagility Philippines B.V. Branch Office is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring) to lead high-volume recruitment across healthcare, customer service, back-office, and support functions.
You will supervise a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators, partnering with Operations, Workforce Management, HR Business Partners, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing to meet targets while maintaining quality of hire and a positive candidate experience.
The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring) is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of high-volume recruitment initiatives to meet Sagility's workforce requirements across healthcare, customer service, back-office, and support functions. This role partners closely with Operations, Workforce Management, HR Business Partners, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing teams to ensure hiring targets are achieved while maintaining quality of hire, operational efficiency, and a positive candidate experience. The Assistant Manager oversees a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, performance management, and operational support to ensure consistent achievement of recruitment goals. The role is accountable for managing candidate pipelines, optimizing recruitment processes, monitoring key hiring metrics, and implementing strategies to improve time-to-fill, conversion rates, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
Handle multiple programs and supervise recruitment admins
Attend account governance meetings and handle profile negotiations with operations
Ensure efficient maintenance, detailed recording, and safekeeping of employee 201 files
Assist in the whole Recruitment Process including Candidate Screening, Evaluation, Recommendation, Hiring, and Orientation
Attend to applicant inquiries and application follow-up over the phone or in person
Ensure efficient maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) databank
Ensure new hires secure required documentation including Social Security Number, NBI/Police Clearance, Transcript of Records, Birth Certificate, and Employment Certificate prior to training start
Coordinate with Job Fair Organizers, deploy HR assistants to job fairs, and manage associated logistics
Handle First Steps Orientation of new hires, including explanation of ISMS Policy and Company Mission Vision
Handle contract signing of newly hired applicants and ensure comprehension of terms and conditions
Coordinate with the company's accredited clinic in securing fit-to-work clearances for all new hires
Maintain database of candidates sent for Medical Exam and record results daily
Ensure smooth coordination between HR-Recruitment team members to promote communication and efficiency
Ensure prompt dissemination of information regarding changes and updates to all parties concerned
Prepare Job Fair Materials such as Application Forms, Leaflets, Registration Sheets, and Assessment Forms
Coordinate with SSD for training schedules and room assignments
Keep a database of active files for future hiring requirements
Protect the organization's assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS)
College Graduate, preferably with Human Resource Development Management or Psychology course
At least 2-3 years' experience in the related field
Able to work well with members of the division to initiate and promote process improvement
Great attention to detail
Able to address issues and concerns related to Human Resources and operations of the company
Able to work with co-workers and management and support groups to improve communication, training and information
Able to contribute perspective in manpower forecasting and planning
