Job summary

Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative in Quezon City is seeking a fresh graduate to join our on-site recruitment team. You will identify and attract top talent, coordinate interviews, and screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for the organization.

As part of a small HR team, you will maintain and update the applicant tracking system, collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, and help ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process while working on-site at

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years experience in recruitment or hiring.
• Strong recruiting skills and expertise in candidate screening.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
