Responsibilities

• Learn end-to-end recruitment processes through hands-on experience and training
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and other platforms
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings to assess candidate fit
• Schedule interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Maintain and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Promote open roles and our employer brand across digital channels

Qualifications

• A recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field)
• Passionate about working with people and helping others grow their careers
• Organized, resourceful, and eager to learn new skills
• Strong communicator with a professional and approachable demeanor
• Able to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment
