Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Taguig is seeking an experienced Sales Development Team Manager to lead a technical sales team onsite. The role focuses on inbound lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and collaboration with the sales team to drive pipeline growth.

You'll manage CRM processes, forecast performance, and present insights using MS Office tools. Strong communication in English and SaaS sales experience are essential for success in this dayshift role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic familiarity with operating systems.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, networking, or system administration.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of technical sales reps (preferably SaaS).
• Familiarity with data analysis basics; intermediate MS Office skills for planning and reviews.
• Experience leading a sales team within a SaaS setting.
• Bachelors or Associate degree preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Lead Generation: follow up on inbound inquiries to create new opportunities and pipeline.
• Prospecting: identify Tenable clients via inbound channels and use LinkedIn Navigator to find stakeholders.
• Lead Qualification: engage with prospects to understand cybersecurity needs and projects.
• Qualification Criteria: apply SDR-specific criteria to determine fit for solutions.
• Appointment Setting: schedule meetings or product demos with qualified leads.
• CRM Management: maintain accurate CRM records and track progress.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: provide feedback on lead quality and market insights.
• Communication Skills: demonstrate strong verbal and written communication.
