Job summary

RELX International is seeking a Talent & Capability Training and Quality Analyst II to lead and support process improvement initiatives in partnership with the T&C team. The role focuses on simplifying processes, reducing manual effort, and delivering measurable efficiencies through automation, Power BI, and approved AI tools including Codex.

You will review DSAT data, conduct knowledge sharing, and contribute to onboarding and training while coordinating with stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in process improvement, project coordination, training, quality assurance, or HR operations.
• Working knowledge of automation, Power BI, approved AI tools, Codex, and foundational continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to review processes and data, identify root causes, and recommend practical and sustainable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Responsibilities

• Continuously review existing processes and identify practical improvement opportunities using automation, Power BI, approved AI tools, Codex, and CI methodologies.
• Develop and recommend solutions that reduce manual effort, improve handling time, and deliver measurable time or cost savings.
• Leverage data from training, quality, DSAT, and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with the T&C Analyst II and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle, including planning, testing, launch, and handover.
• Maintain project timelines, action trackers, and GPTRAC records with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare concise project updates and presentations covering status, risks, next steps, and required support.
• Support the development of team capability to identify and implement sustainable improvements.
• Deliver onboarding training and share guidance on automation, Power BI, and AI tools.
