Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in process improvement, project coordination, training, quality assurance, or HR operations.
Knowledge of automation, Power BI, AI tools, Codex, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
Ability to prepare presentations and status reports.
Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support process improvement initiatives with stakeholders and the T&C team.
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and handling time.
Use Power BI and AI tools to deliver measurable time and cost savings.
Support quality reviews, DSAT analysis, and knowledge sharing.
Deliver onboarding and process-specific training for the team.
