Job summary

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our growing support team for Azeus Convene. You will design and implement secure system architectures, coordinate with administrators, and maintain efficient hardware and software to meet project needs.

The role involves on-the-job training, hands-on troubleshooting, server hardening, incident analysis, and on-call support. You will work in a temporary hybrid setup with possible weekend and time-zone shifts.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good organization and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible to changing shift schedules including weekends and different time zones.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Setup servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers
• Identify and analyze system integration problems
• Resolve server issues by identifying root cause and then doing immediate remedial actions
• Formulate and implement corrective actions in case problem re-occurs
• Formulate and implement preventive actions to prevent the issue from happening again
• Identify tasks that are recurrent and recommend tools to automate those tasks
• On-call for support cases
