Azeus Group is seeking a Global PC Engineer to provide IT support for staff across regions, including outside Philippine hours and locations without dedicated IT support.

You will install, update, and configure workstations and servers, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and assist in monitoring and maintaining core infrastructure.

You must be able to prepare IT equipment for staff use, maintain accurate asset records, and be on-call to resolve support cases as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; Fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
• Knowledge of Windows OS flavors, Linux/Unix, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge (routing, DHCP, DNS).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime.

Mansioni

• Install, update, and configure workstations and servers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the internal infrastructure.
• Assist the System Administrators in monitoring and maintaining the core infrastructure.
• Prepare and manage IT equipment for staff use.
• Provide technical assistance to staff in EMEA, Americas, and Oceania regions.
• Maintain accurate records of IT Assets, both hardware and software.
• Be on-call to resolve support cases as needed.
