Job summary

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Support & Deployment Engineer to undergo training and work on deploying, maintaining, and supporting software and services in a hybrid environment.

The role involves setting up project hardware/software, monitoring systems, and documenting issues while collaborating with other teams. Training and mentoring are provided, with background checks and NBI clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering or related.
• At least 1 year of client-facing support experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, JIRA; knowledge of Ansible, Shell, PowerShell, AWS, Azure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and support Azeus software and services, both on cloud and on premise.
• Set up and maintain project hardware and software per procedures.
• Monitor systems and provide issue resolution and recommendations.
