Job summary

Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our support team for Azeus Convene, a meeting and collaboration solution used globally.

You will design and implement secure system architectures, coordinate with system administrators, and maintain hardware and software to meet project requirements. Training and mentoring will prepare you for these responsibilities, including on-call support.

Qualifications

• Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Adaptable to changing shift schedules including weekends/holidays/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure systems architectures for the project.
• Lead and coordinate with system administrators to configure and maintain systems.
• Set up servers with hardening and firewall policies.
• Identify and analyze system integration problems.
• Resolve server issues by finding root causes and remedial actions.
• Implement preventive and corrective actions and automate recurrent tasks; on-call support.
