Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to plan, implement, and maintain the company's network and IT infrastructure. The role follows Philippine day shift hours, with potential adjustment to cover team needs. Primary hours align with US Eastern Time, and shifts may change as required.

The candidate will manage monitoring systems, respond to faults, and coordinate with 3rd party suppliers, ensuring robust core network configurations, DNS, and data center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Azure or AWS) is required.
• Windows Server 2008/2012 administration is required.
• Exchange/Office 365 administration is required.
• Strong network knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, oversee, and maintain the network and IT infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain monitoring systems reporting on network status and performance.
• Identify faults and respond to issues across systems and networks.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and manage IP, DNS, and network configurations.
• Provide server and network equipment builds, installations and upgrades.
• Support data center health, safety, and housekeeping checks.
