Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Systems Engineer to plan, implement, oversee, and maintain the company’s network and IT infrastructure.

The role follows the Philippines day shift and may adjust to cover team needs, with core hours aligned to US Eastern Time. The engineer will manage monitoring systems, respond to faults, liaise with 3rd party suppliers, and handle IP/DNS provisioning, data center duties, and documentation in collaboration with the Service

Qualifications

• Experience with virtualization such as VMware, Azure or AWS (Required).
• Windows Server (2008/2012) (Required).
• Exchange/Office 365 (Required).
• Network Knowledge (Required).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's Monitoring Systems that report on network, ISP, and facilities performance.
• Identify and respond to faults on the company's systems and networks.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers.
• Provision IP assignments, core network configurations, DNS setups, monitoring for colocation, leased lines, backups, and other customer network services.
• Provide facilities support: racks, power, Ethernet, fiber, console cabling, remote power, and KVM.
• Responsible for server and network equipment builds, installations, and upgrades.
• Run health, safety, and housekeeping checks at Data Centers.
• Monitor and manage air-conditioning, UPS, generators, and power usage.
• Assist in maintenance and documentation with Service Management Team for processes and procedures.
• Provide Tier 3 Support for data center operations, network, and ISP services.
