Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned IT professional to provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications including Automation Engine, LifePRO, and EAS. You will design and modify moderately complex automation workflows, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to incident management and project lifecycles.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and hands-on AWS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years experience.
• Strong AWS Core Services knowledge with EC2, S3, CloudWatch.
• Experience with Automation / Batch Workflow configuration and scripting.
• Experience with patch management using tooling like Intune, NinjaOne, or Systems Manager is a plus.
• Solid networking and AD/group policy fundamentals.
• Service desk escalation and incident management experience.
• Familiarity with Datadog monitoring and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Jira administration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications (Automation Engine, LifePRO, EAS).
• Design and modify moderately complex automation workflows or batch processes.
• Identify root cause and lead RCAs with minimal assistance.
• Complete full project lifecycle: design, development, testing, implementation.
• Understand network security, application security, and permissions.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with business, IT, or vendors.
• Gather system requirements and support testing.
• Contribute to project plans and timelines.
• Adhere to change management policies.
