Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an IT Specialist – System Support to manage all system concerns, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain company systems. You will coordinate docking with the e-commerce platform and assist other departments by gathering business needs and optimizing internal workflows.

The role requires a degree in IT-related fields and 3+ years of relevant experience; knowledge of e-commerce or logistics is a plus, with strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer or software engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant IT experience preferred.
• Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and sort docking requirements for the e-commerce platform and draw up a docking plan.
• Assist problem solving and communication across departments; collect, summarize and analyze business needs.
• Familiarize with and use the company's internal system; optimize business logic per environment.
• Test the optimized functions of the system.
• Complete various tasks arranged by the company.
• Support communication with Shopee x J&T requirements.
• Coordinate with regional IT teams on JMS and Order Application concerns.
