Job summary

The BMD Group is seeking a Systems Administrator for our Parañaque, Metro Manila office. This full-time on-site role supports configuration, security, and operations of enterprise systems across BMD Group and subsidiaries.

The ideal candidate will work with low-code/no-code platforms, handle access management, and resolve complex system issues to keep systems fit-for-purpose and well governed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain digital forms and workflows using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Manage the full lifecycle of forms and workflows including updates and documentation.
• Configure and maintain system settings, user roles, and access controls.
• Ensure appropriate user access and governance compliance.
• Support UAT activities and release preparation.
• Provide Level 2 system support and escalate complex issues.

About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our growing team, based full‑time on site in our Parañaque, Metro Manila office. This role supports the configuration, security, and operational readiness of our enterprise systems across BMD Group and its subsidiaries.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working with low‑code/no‑code platforms, system configuration, access management, and resolving complex system issues. You will play a key role in ensuring systems are fit‑for‑purpose, well governed, and ready for business use.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain digital forms and workflows using low‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Manage the full lifecycle of forms and workflows, including updates, improvements, testing, and documentation.
• Configure and maintain system settings, user roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure appropriate user access and compliance with company governance and security requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including system setup, access management, and release preparation.
• Identify, document, and elevate issues found during testing before system go‑live.
• Provide Level 2 support by investigating system issues, resolving where possible, and coordinating with technical teams when required.
• Act as an escalation point for complex system‑related concerns.
• Partner with Level 1 Support teams to improve issue resolution and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate system, process, and configuration documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
• At least 2‑years previous experience in supporting enterprise systems in systems support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience in supporting UAT environments, and identifying issues and escalation of defects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Well‑developed documentation and organisational skills
• Proven ability in a Level 2 Support Role, triaging and routing work to appropriate teams
• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
