Job summary

IT by Design Philippines Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator in the Manila/BGC area to maintain Windows and Unix/Linux servers, manage virtualization, and support cloud infrastructure. You will monitor performance, perform patches, backups, and ensure security and availability while documenting configurations and procedures.

EST-aligned onsite schedule applies. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT infrastructure, strong networking basics, and excellent problem-solving and communication

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Systems Administration, IT Infrastructure, or a related role.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and/or Unix/Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with system monitoring, patch management, backup, and security practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, on an EST-aligned schedule.

About the role
