Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking a System Visual Designer to craft engaging in-product guidance, onboarding experiences, and help content. You will partner with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Researchers to turn complex workflows into intuitive user journeys.

The role requires 2–4 years in related roles, strong UX and content design skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to improve adoption and user success. Hybrid work and day-one benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Help System Design, UX Writing, Technical Writing, Content Design, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with Pendo or similar digital adoption platforms.
• Experience creating onboarding experiences, user guides, walkthroughs, or in-product guidance.
• Strong UX, content design, information architecture, and communication skills.
• Experience with visual animation is a plus.

What We're Looking For
