Job summary

Michael Page Philippines seeks a UX Designer to lead end-to-end UX activities across web, mobile, kiosk, and internal platforms. Translate business requirements into intuitive experiences while collaborating with product, engineering, QA, marketing, CRM and operations.

You will maintain a shared design system and analyze user behaviour to drive product improvements in a fast-growing digital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design, Digital Marketing, IT or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design work.
• Experience designing digital products for web and mobile; kiosks and internal systems advantageous.
• Hands-on experience in agile product development with PMs, Engineers, and QA.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent.

Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Interaction Design, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.


• 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.


• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design work.


• Experience designing digital products for web and mobile applications; exposure to kiosks and internal systems is advantageous.


• Hands-on experience working within agile product development environments alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and QA professionals.


• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.


• Knowledge of usability testing, user research methodologies, responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and UX metrics.
