Job summary

Lotus Central Mall, Inc. is seeking a Systems Governance professional to design, enforce, and improve the organization’s systems.

The role ensures workflows are structured, repeatable, and scalable, with clear documentation and governance throughout the organization. You will define standards, ensure proper approvals, and drive adoption across teams, translating operational challenges into systemic improvements while maintaining accountability and ownership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in systems management, operations, process improvement, or governance-related roles.
• Strong understanding of system frameworks, workflows, and governance standards.
• Experience in process documentation, SOP development, and cross-team coordination.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to translate operational issues into structured system improvements.
• Clear communicator who can align different teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with ownership and accountability.

About you
