Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to drive CMS-related initiatives across business units, ITG, vendors and stakeholders. You will gather requirements, prepare FRS, process maps, and ensure traceability and alignment with regulatory and system capabilities.

Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to deliver robust CMS solutions and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking industry, cash management projects.
• Knowledge of requirements management and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for CMS initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain FRS, process flows, business cases, and project documentation per standards.
• Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with objectives, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.
• Proactively manage deliverables and activities, ensuring timely completion, stakeholder communication, and issue/risk resolution.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and user scripts; support SIT, UAT, defect management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support to validate designs and ensure CMS changes are implemented successfully.
• Support delivery and post-implementation by ensuring requirements are met and stakeholders are satisfied.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. 1. Collaborate with Business Units (BU), Information Technology Group (ITG), vendors, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for CMS-related initiatives.
2. 2. Prepare and maintain high-quality Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), process flows, business cases, and other project documentation in accordance with established standards and methodologies.
3. 3. Ensure that business requirements are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.
4. 4. Proactively manage assigned deliverables and project activities, ensuring timely completion, effective stakeholder communication, and prompt resolution of issues and risks.
5. 5. Develop, review, coordinate, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and user test scripts; support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and test result reporting activities.
6. 6. Work closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams to validate solution designs, assess impacts of proposed changes, and ensure successful implementation of CMS enhancements and projects.
7. 7. Support successful project delivery and post-implementation activities by ensuring solutions meet business requirements, testing objectives are achieved, and business users receive adequate support to maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the banking industry, with strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems, including business analysis, requirements definition, and the delivery of complex banking and cash management initiatives
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and processes, particularly cash management solutions, business analysis practices, requirements management, and system development methodologies.
