Private Advertiser in Metro Manila seeks a Systems Analyst to bridge the Business Unit and ITG by gathering, analyzing, and documenting CMS requirements, plus testing and QA to ensure quality designs and deliverables.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, prepare FRS, process maps, and test scripts; lead SIT and UAT support, coordinate with development and operations teams, and ensure successful CMS enhancements and project outcomes.

About the role

The Systems Analyst is responsible for bridging the Business Unit (BU) and Information Technology Group (ITG) by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for the Cash Management Service (CMS). The role encompasses business requirements and solution analysis, as well as testing and quality assurance. The Systems Analyst ensures the accuracy, completeness, and quality of business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs while collaborating closely with stakeholders to support project delivery and technology initiatives. The role is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities for CMS enhancements and projects, including test scenario creation, test script development, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units (BU), Information Technology Group (ITG), vendors, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for CMS-related initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), process flows, business cases, and other project documentation in accordance with established standards and methodologies.
• Ensure that business requirements are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.
• Proactively manage assigned deliverables and project activities, ensuring timely completion, effective stakeholder communication, and prompt resolution of issues and risks.
• Develop, review, coordinate, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and user test scripts; support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and test result reporting activities.
• Work closely with development, infrastructure, and support teams to validate solution designs, assess impacts of proposed changes, and ensure successful implementation of CMS enhancements and projects.
• Support successful project delivery and post-implementation activities by ensuring solutions meet business requirements, testing objectives are achieved, and business users receive adequate support to maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.

About you

• Business, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology graduate with experience in business casing, business analysis, and requirements definition.
• Extensive experience in the banking industry, with strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems, including business analysis, requirements definition, and the delivery of complex banking and cash management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and processes, particularly cash management solutions, business analysis practices, requirements management, and system development methodologies.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation and documentation, process analysis, stakeholder management, solution design, and impact assessment.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
