Job summary

SID Global Solutions seeks a Business Requirements and Solution Analyst to bridge the Business Unit and IT Group by gathering, analyzing, and documenting CMS requirements. You will ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of business requirements, functional specs, and process flows while collaborating with stakeholders for successful delivery.

You will also plan and coordinate testing activities, including SIT and UAT support, to verify that solutions meet business needs and quality standards

Qualifications

Business Requirements and Solution Analysis

Responsible for bridging the Business Unit (BU) and Information Technology Group (ITG) by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements for the Cash Management Service (CMS). Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and solution designs while collaborating closely with stakeholders to support project delivery and technology initiatives.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities for CMS enhancements and projects, including test scenario creation, test script development, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) support. Ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements, function as intended, and comply with quality standards prior to deployment.

Education

Business, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology graduate with experience in business casing, business analysis, and requirements definition.

Work Experience

Extensive experience in the banking industry, with strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems, including business analysis, requirements definition, and the delivery of complex banking and cash management initiatives.

Knowledge Area

Strong understanding of banking products, services, and processes, particularly cash management solutions, business analysis practices, requirements management, and system development methodologies.

Skills

Proficient in requirements elicitation and documentation, process analysis, stakeholder management, solution design, and impact assessment.
