• Strong requirements management, process analysis, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on SIT/UAT, test design, defect management, and test reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), process flows, business cases, and project documentation.
• Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and aligned with objectives, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.
• Analyze processes to identify impacts, dependencies, risks, and improvements.
• Coordinate deliverables and project activities with timely communication to stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and user test scripts.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and test result reporting.
• Work with Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams to validate solution designs and implement enhancements.
• Support project implementation and post-implementation activities and issue resolution.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements and quality standards.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support client's Cash Management Services (CMS) by bridging business requirements and technology solutions.

The role will work closely with Business Units, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define functional specifications, assess solutions, and support testing and implementation of banking and cash management initiatives.

The position also plays an important role in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.

• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications and solution requirements.

• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), process flows, business cases, and other project documentation.

• Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.

• Analyze business processes and proposed system changes to identify impacts, dependencies, risks, and potential improvements.

• Coordinate assigned deliverables and project activities, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder communication.

• Develop, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and user test scripts.

• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and test result reporting.

• Work with Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams to validate solution designs and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements.

• Support project implementation and post-implementation activities, including issue resolution and business user support.

• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements, testing objectives, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, requirements definition, and business case development.

• Extensive experience in the banking industry, with strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems.

• Experience working on banking, payments, cash management, or related financial technology initiatives.

• Strong understanding of business analysis practices, requirements management, process analysis, and system development methodologies.

• Experience in preparing functional requirements, process flows, business cases, and solution documentation.

• Hands‑on experience in SIT, UAT, test scenario/test case development, defect management, and test reporting.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Experience in solution analysis, impact assessment, and requirements traceability.
