Job summary

Indra Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements and technology solutions for Cash Management Services. You will work with Business Units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define functional specs, and support testing and implementation.

The role also emphasizes SIT, UAT, defect management, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, requirements definition, and business case development.
• Extensive experience in the banking industry, with knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems.
• Experience on banking, payments, cash management, or related fintech initiatives.
• Understand business analysis practices, requirements management, process analysis, and system development methodologies.
• Experience in preparing functional requirements, process flows, business cases, and solution documentation.
• Hands‑on experience in SIT, UAT, test scenario/test case development, defect management, and test reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
• Experience in solution analysis, impact assessment, and requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications and solution requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), process flows, business cases, and other project documentation.
• Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and system capabilities.
• Analyze business processes and proposed system changes to identify impacts, dependencies, risks, and improvements.
• Coordinate assigned deliverables and project activities, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder communication.
• Develop, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and user test scripts.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and test result reporting.
• Work with Development, Infrastructure, and Support teams to validate solution designs and ensure successful implementation of system enhancements.
• Support project implementation and post-implementation activities, including issue resolution and business user support.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements, testing objectives, and quality standards.
