Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to meet and exceed sales targets for assigned products within the territory, by executing customer engagement excellence and deploying the Multi-Channel Cycle Plan.

You will optimize calls, maintain customer profiles and rolling forecasts, use the CRM tool to plan activity and monitor samples, and uphold high ethical standards with all business contacts.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and geographically flexible.
• Knows how to drive a Manual Transmission vehicle, and possesses a valid driver’s license.
• A relevant degree in Veterinary Medicine and/or Animal Science is not required but is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Optimize calls to customers and execute sales business plans.
• Ensure that sales targets for assigned products are achieved.
• Actively promote the company, assigned products, and services.
• Conduct, set up, monitor, analyzes, interprets, and communicates trial protocol results.
• Create, maintain, and update customer profiles, marketing plans, and rolling sales forecasts.
• Manage programs/activities and budgets to stay within standards.
• Develop close relationships with customers and other decision-makers.
• Validate and document customer product complaints and facilitate dispatch or disposal of defective products.
• Monitor local market conditions for changes that impact the business.
• Utilize CRM tool and supporting analysis to plan activity, report samples, and maintain the account.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts.
