Job summary

PERSOL in the Philippines is hiring for a survey and field operations assistant. Work hours are Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm, based at the Novena office. The contract is yearly renewable and you will help respondents complete surveys online or by hand.

You will conduct field visits, update outcomes in Excel, and collaborate with teammates to meet KPI targets. The role requires a Diploma and at least 1 year in research, surveys, sales, or customer service, with strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher.
• 1+ year experience in research, survey operations, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or manually.
• Conduct field visits for respondents not contactable by phone.
• Update daily call outcomes using Excel files.
• Work closely with teammates to attain surveys completion.
• Handle objections from respondents professionally and politely.
• Update daily productivity reports and survey attainment.
