Job summary

PERSOL is hiring a Field Data Collector to support survey administration across islandwide locations in the Philippines. You will assist respondents, ensure accurate data capture, and perform field visits to dormitories or community sites as required. The role requires travel, strong communication, and adherence to SOPs while meeting KPI targets.

Working hours are 12pm to 9:30pm, five days per week, with a 6-month contract. Diploma holders with 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Singaporean nationality
• Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Able to travel islandwide for fieldwork
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational systems

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or via manual collection.
• Ensure submissions via manual collection of the completed survey data are keyed into the system.
• Conduct field visits to dormitories.
• Work closely with team-mates on assigned respondents to attain surveys completion.
• Handle objections from selected respondents in terms of survey participation professionally and politely.
• Update daily report accurately to account for productivity and surveys attainment.
• Input case notes into system for each respondent
• Comply to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Attain key performance indicators (KPI) established.
