Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Data Collection Assistant to support survey programs in Havelock. The role involves assisting respondents online or manually, entering data with high accuracy, and performing field visits when needed.

You will update progress daily, collaborate with teammates, and help ensure surveys meet KPI targets while maintaining detailed notes for follow-up actions. Candidates should be comfortable with Excel, follow SOPs, and handle objections professionally.

Qualifications

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
• Enter collected data accurately and maintain data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to SOPs and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established KPIs and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
