• Calm, clear communication in stressful situations (911 when needed).
• Comfortable using your voice to speak with customers and suspects.
• Willing to work varied shifts and overtime.
• Onsite work in Makati, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Review live events using in-house technology to decide action, contact 911, or trigger alarms.
• Provide home monitoring via cameras and intervene to deter trespassers.
• Review events triggered by AI security systems and act by contacting 911 or others.
• Provide internal feedback to identify priority issues and improve processes.
• Assist in feedback on managing the central security station.
• Collaborate with customer service and engineering to refine the system.
