Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a security monitoring professional to review live events, coordinate with 911 dispatch, and provide on-site protection for homes and properties. You will work with AI-triggered alerts to prevent crime and protect customers.

The role requires calm, clear communication in emergencies, strong technical skills, and the ability to work onsite in Makati, Metro Manila. A 4-year degree and security experience are preferred.

Qualifications

College graduate of any 4-year course.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferably 1 year of security/law enforcement/emergency dispatch/surveillance experience.
Proficient in computer applications (email, web).
Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum.
Ability to communicate calmly in emergencies.
Willing to work onsite in Makati, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

Review live events using in-house technology and determine action (contact 911, address subject, or trigger siren).
Provide home monitoring via cameras and deter trespassers/thieves.
Review events triggered by AI security systems and contact authorities as needed.
Provide internal feedback and advocate for customers to improve processes.
Assist in refining internal security station processes.
Collaborate with customer service and engineering to improve the system.
