Job summary

Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is seeking personnel for on-site security monitoring. You will review live events, coordinate with 911 dispatch, and trigger alarms or actions to protect customers’ homes and properties.

The role focuses on surveillance monitoring, communicating clearly in high-pressure situations, and collaborating with engineering and customer service to enhance the system. Training and shift work are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of college-level education; completion of a four-year degree is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferably a year of experience in security/law enforcement/emergency dispatch, surveillance.
• Love of technology; proficient in relevant computer applications (web browsing, email).
• Type 35 WPM minimum.
• Be proficient in communicating in stressful situations.
• Be comfortable using your voice; communicate clearly with customers, 911, and suspects.
• Willing to intervene and investigate situations without hesitation.
• Be able to work on various shifts and overtime as needed.
• Willing to work onsite in Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Review actual, live events and determine the plan of action: address the subject, contact 911, trigger a siren or call the homeowner.
• Provide home monitoring via cameras and intervene to warn off trespassers when necessary.
• Review events triggering AI security systems on customer perimeters and address threats via 2-way audio or 911 as needed.
• Provide internal feedback, elevating priority issues and improving processes.
• Assist in providing feedback on internal processes for managing the central security station.
• Collaborate with customer service teams and engineering to refine the system.
