Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Significant experience in supply planning and related operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planning professionals.
• Set team priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain optimal supply plans balancing service levels and costs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and drive continuous improvement.
