Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a Supply Planning Lead in the Philippines to balance demand and supply across global and third-party networks. You will own the S&OP Demand and Supply Balancing process and drive optimal supply plans aligned with forecasts and service targets.

You will monitor inventory health, collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• Experience managing demand and supply balancing within complex supply networks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (SAP APO, IBP, Kinaxis, or similar tools is an advantage).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate the S&OP Demand and Supply Balancing process.
• Balance demand and supply while considering volume, revenue, cost, and margin objectives.
• Identify supply risks, constraints, and opportunities, ensuring proactive mitigation plans are in place.
