Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
• Significant experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, or related functions in FMCG/CPG.
• Proven people leadership to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the demand planning process for the Philippines Consumer Dairy business.
• Lead monthly demand reviews and facilitate the S&OP process across functions.
• Develop demand plans balancing business goals with operations capabilities.
• Provide input into business planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams.
