Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Planning to lead end-to-end supply planning at the national level, ensuring timely material and product availability and optimizing inventory across the network.

The role emphasizes SAP proficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs across plants and partner networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations or Business Management.
• At least 7 years of experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in SAP, MS Office, Project Management and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Materials Requirement Planning (National).
• Drive Order & Delivery Planning (External Suppliers).
• Develop Preforms requirement and pull-out planning for In-House injection lines.
• Drive Allocation/Deployment Planning (In House Plants & Toll Packers).
• Drive Toll Packer Management (SAP transactions, BOM & PID).
• Drive External Warehouse Management (SAP transactions & PID).
• Develop Ageing & Wastage Report/Management.
• Support RMPM & EWO Billing Processing.
• Engage in Production Plan Alignments with HQ Manufacturing Operations, In-House Plants & Toll Packers.
• Engage in cross-functional collaborations/meetings (S&OP, S&OE, NPL Taskforce, etc)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Manager, Supply Planning is a critical leadership role responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end supply planning processes at a national level. This position ensures the timely and efficient availability of materials and products by expertly managing materials requirement planning, external supplier orders, production allocations, and inventory. The Senior Manager will leverage strong SAP proficiency, drive cross-functional alignment, and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the entire supply chain, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
