Alaska Milk Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Planning Lead to drive planning across the FMCG network. You will lead a team of planners, translate demand into actionable supply plans, and balance service levels with inventory and working capital considerations.

Lead Supply Planning Excellence Across a Dynamic FMCG Network

Alaska Milk Corporation is looking for a highly capable Supply Planning Lead to drive supply planning operations and ensure optimal product availability across our Philippine business.

This role plays a critical part in balancing customer demand, inventory levels, production capacity, and supply network efficiency. As the Supply Planning Lead, you will oversee supply planning activities, lead a team of planners, and work closely with Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to deliver superior service levels while optimizing costs.

What You'll Do
Lead the Supply Planning Team
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planning professionals.

  • Set team priorities and ensure alignment with departmental and business objectives.

  • Manage workload distribution and planning activities to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Provide guidance and support in resolving planning and supply-related challenges.

Drive Supply Planning Excellence
  • Develop and maintain optimal supply plans that balance service levels, inventory targets, and operational costs.

  • Ensure availability of products across the supply network while minimizing risks and disruptions.

  • Translate demand plans into executable supply plans that support business objectives.

  • Monitor supply performance and proactively address capacity constraints or supply gaps.

Optimize Network and Inventory Management
  • Manage inventory levels to achieve targeted stock coverage and customer service outcomes.

  • Review and optimize supply planning parameters and replenishment strategies.

  • Ensure effective coordination between manufacturing sites, warehouses, and third-party logistics partners.

  • Support initiatives to improve network efficiency and working capital performance.

Collaborate Across the Business
  • Partner with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

  • Ensure alignment between supply capabilities and business requirements.

  • Support decision-making through data-driven analysis and recommendations.

  • Act as a key escalation point for supply-related operational issues.

Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, systems, and ways of working.

  • Drive best practices in supply planning and inventory management.

  • Support supply chain transformation and digitalization initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Coach and mentor team members to maximize individual and team performance.

  • Lead performance management, capability development, and succession planning initiatives.

  • Build an engaged, collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Significant experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Operations, or related disciplines.

  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.

Preferred Experience
  • FMCG, consumer goods, food manufacturing, or dairy industry experience.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, inventory management, and production planning.

  • Experience working within S&OP and Integrated Business Planning environments.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience using ERP and planning systems such as SAP, SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, or equivalent planning platforms.
