Job summary

Showpo is seeking a detail‑driven Supply Chain assistant in the Philippines to support weekly shipments, ASN creation for international locations, and vendor inquiries. You’ll collate data, assist with landed cost reporting, and help with customs clearance documents.

The role requires accuracy and a proactive approach to data management in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment. We welcome candidates with 1+ year experience in supply chain and a keen eye for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience generating advanced shipping notification (ASN) for international warehouses.
• Experience assisting with vendor enquiries (packaging, swing tag, care label, etc.).
• Produces work with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturer-side communications regarding weekly shipments (e.g. PO split issues).
• Collate shipment forecasts for freight forwarders.
• Reconcile forwarder invoices and match with shipments.
• Collect and ingest data from freight forwarders and carriers.
• Produce landed cost reports and carrier performance metrics.
• Assist with customs clearance documents for inbound and outbound shipments.

Day to day you will be:

• Assist with manufacturer-side communications regarding weekly shipments (e.g PO split issues)
• Collate shipment forecasts reports for freight forwarders
• Reconcile forwarder invoices - match with shipments
• Collect and ingest data from freigh fowarders, couriers, transport partners. i.e collect and sanitise vendor reports for ingestion
• Landed cost reporting for carrier performance metrics (one report per shipping lane) i.e freight cost analysis
• Assist with customs clearance documents for weekly inbound and outbound shipments

Who are we looking for?

• Has 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain.
• Experience in generating advanced shipping notification (ASN) for international warehouse locations.
• Experience with assisting with vendor enquiries (e.g packaging suppliers, swing tag and care label suppliers ... etc)
• Produces work with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
