Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, and review of forecasts using historic data and trends.
• Track forecast accuracy and investigate variances to improve forecasting.
• Analyze business data to identify risks and opportunities for planning decisions.
• Adjust projections as requirements and planning assumptions change.
• Compare projected requirements to inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory, and planning gaps for timely action.
• Evaluate seasonality and lifecycle movements affecting future needs.
• Gather inputs from cross-functional stakeholders and update forecasts accordingly.
• Maintain accurate planning data across reports and systems.
• Investigate data discrepancies and resolve issues impacting forecasting or reporting.
• Develop data-driven scenarios for contingency planning and changing conditions.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting methods and workflows.

Role Overview

Strong planning starts with understanding what the data signals about demand, inventory, and what comes next. As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you'll analyze historical trends, develop accurate forecasts, and translate complex information into insights that strengthen inventory and supply planning. Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain planning, or a related analytical planning role
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization
• Skilled at evaluating complex information, spotting patterns and variances, and using findings to guide planning and forecasting decisions
• Exposure to business intelligence, reporting, or planning systems; familiarity with Power BI is highly regarded
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Statistics, or another relevant discipline
• High level of accuracy with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator capable of coordinating priorities and information across different business functions
• Self-directed and reliable, with strong accountability, professional judgment, and an improvement-oriented approach
• Comfortable working onsite in Ortigas

Key Responsibilities
