Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to optimize orders, manage vendors, and ensure reliable product availability for an international client base. The role focuses on procurement, order management, and logistics across diverse operations.

You will work onsite in Makati and participate in mentorship, upskilling, and cross-functional collaboration with global teams, while enjoying a robust benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management.
• Vendor management and coordination experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365; ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage order planning and optimize order models.
• Create purchase orders and Goods in Transit (GIT) records in D365.
• Prepare internal and contractual reports (Total Asset Visibility, Stock on Hand, etc.).
• Follow up with vendors on PO pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Book containers and monitor dispatch per bookings.
• Monitor shipping documents and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with inventory for forecasting and backfill recovery.
• Maintain supplier database and supplier evaluation system.
• Review vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Cross-train in procurement, cataloging, and reporting.
• Complete tasks requested by the Supply Chain Manager.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, or a related field
• Must have experience in vendor management and coordination
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Experience working with multinational companies is a plus
• Experience supporting or working with US clients is a plus
• Experience handling non-food products or items is preferred

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage order planning and optimize order models
• Create purchase orders and Goods in Transit (GIT) records in D365
• Prepare internal and contractual reports, including Total Asset Visibility (TAV), Stock on Hand, Airlift and Surface Tracker, Customer Order Data, Monthly Inventory Report, Supply Chain Fitness Report, and Ability One Sales Reporting
• Follow up with vendors to confirm accurate purchase order pricing, quantities, and delivery dates
• Book containers and monitor dispatch according to booking confirmations
• Monitor shipping documentation, including invoices, packing slips or pallet manifests, and bills of lading
• Communicate with vendors before purchase order due dates to confirm deliveries remain on track
• Coordinate with the inventory team and other Supply Chain staff to provide forecasting information to vendors
• Follow up with vendors on backfill orders and notify Operations of projected recovery dates
• Monitor item-level fill rates for each order and ensure emergency purchase orders are issued to vendors when required
• Build and maintain a supplier database to support the Procurement Specialist with alternate-item sourcing and new catalog additions
• Maintain a supplier evaluation system and coordinate with vendors to improve performance
• Review vendor invoices with discrepancies, coordinate timely resolutions, and process invoices for payment
• Coordinate with vendors regarding product noncompliance, shortages, over-deliveries, damages, incorrect products, and related nonconformance reports
• Cross-train in Procurement, Cataloging, and General Services Administration supply chain reporting
• Complete other tasks requested by the Supply Chain Manager
