The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; a master's degree is an advantage
- 7-10 years of progressive operations leadership experience, ideally within shared services, healthcare, supply chain, or similarly complex operational environments
- Proven background leading cross-functional offshore teams across multiple operational workstreams
- Hands‑on proficiency with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP, along with Power BI for reporting and performance visibility
- Strong understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement practices; exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and communicate effectively across geographically distributed operations
- Strong people management, problem‑solving, and organizational capabilities in a fast‑paced service environment
- Willing and able to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Standard Time, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST
- Amenable to a full‑time onsite arrangement in Manila, Monday through Friday
Your Daily Tasks
- Direct the daily delivery of a cross‑functional offshore team supporting supply chain operations
- Plan workforce coverage, assign workloads, manage schedules, and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
- Coordinate closely with U.S.-based teams to maintain efficient execution and alignment across locations
- Oversee supplier and item data, accounts payable, purchasing, contract administration, pricing, and operational reporting
- Maintain the integrity of vendor and product records through regular data reviews, validation, and audits
- Review Power BI outputs and underlying information to ensure accurate and dependable business reporting
- Track invoice processing, aging items, and exceptions, addressing issues that may affect turnaround times
- Monitor purchase order and contract activities to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and processed on schedule
- Verify supplier pricing changes and ensure approved updates are correctly reflected in relevant records
- Act as the primary offshore operations partner for the CSCO and Associate Director of Strategy
- Consolidate weekly and monthly results into management dashboards, performance updates, and actionable insights
- Detect operational risks early, communicate potential business impact, and coordinate corrective measures
- Address performance gaps through coaching, development actions, and formal improvement plans when required
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow simplification, standardization, and process redesign
- Track team productivity and service delivery against established performance expectations
- Maintain adherence to service levels, operating procedures, internal controls, and audit requirements
