Job summary

SN Aboitiz Power Group is hiring a Supply Chain Management, Assistant to deliver operational and analytical support across our end-to-end supply chain ecosystem. Reporting to the Central Procurement Lead, you will ensure the non-critical Level 1 P2P lifecycle, maintain supplier accreditation, and provide data evaluations to drive commercial decisions across business units.

The role focuses on PR validation, RFx issuance, supplier evaluation, and PO processing, along with maintaining vendor

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional procurement or supply chain experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems (e.g., Oracle i-Procurement, purchasing, inventory, payables).
• Experience in vendor sourcing, commercial evaluation, supplier accreditation, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Procurement Execution: Validate PRs, prepare RFx documents, evaluate supplier proposals, and process POs through system workflows.
• Supplier Accreditation & Records: Manage accreditation procedures, verify submissions, and maintain vendor database.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Collect supplier data to build scorecards, KPI reports, and monthly SCM dashboards.
• Expediting & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal end-users for on-time delivery.

Reporting directly to the Central Procurement Lead, you will facilitate the Non-critical Level 1 Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle, ensure complete database and supplier accreditation compliance, and provide key data evaluations to drive commercial decisions across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Procurement Execution: Validate Purchase Requests (PRs), prepare and distribute RFx documents (RFI/RFQ/RFP), evaluate supplier commercial proposals, and process Purchase Orders (POs) through system workflows.
• Supplier Accreditation & Records: Manage supplier accreditation procedures, verify legal/technical submissions, and maintain an accurate vendor database.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics: Collect supplier performance data across delivery, quality, and responsiveness metrics to build scorecards, KPI reports, and monthly SCM dashboards.
• Expediting & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal end-users to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services while resolving routine operational issues.

Role Qualifications

Experience & Background:

• Minimum 1 year of professional procurement or supply chain experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems (e.g., Oracle i-Procurement, purchasing, inventory, payables).
• Practical experience in vendor sourcing, commercial evaluation, supplier accreditation, and performance tracking.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret commercial data.
• Proficiency with ERP/procurement software and MS Office/Google Workspace applications.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build effective vendor and internal cross-departmental relationships.
• High integrity, detail orientation, and compliance with corporate controls and auditing standards.
