ARCHON SPECIAL MACHINERIES INC. in Davao City seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee procurement, purchasing, inventory, costing, importation, and shipment activities.

You will supervise the SCM team, manage suppliers, monitor orders, and ensure timely fulfillment of company requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, or related functions.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Experience in inventory management and demand planning.
• Experience in costing, quotation preparation, and purchase order processing.
• Experience in importation and shipment coordination is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Supply Chain operations including procurement, inventory, costing, importation, and shipment activities.
• Lead and supervise the Supply Chain team, including task assignment, coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
• Process and monitor Purchase Orders, supplier quotations, billings, and related procurement documents.
• Coordinate and negotiate with local and foreign suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead time, and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and movement to minimize stockouts, excess, and slow-moving inventory.
• Monitor orders, shipments, and delivery schedules and provide timely updates to branches and management.
• Analyze historical costs, landed costs, and pricing of ordered units.
• Maintain accurate Supply Chain records including order monitoring, costing, shipment, SKU coding, and import numbers.
• Coordinate with branches and internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of Supply Chain requirements.
• Prepare and submit required Supply Chain reports and recommend process improvements.
