Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related business field.
• Preferably 5 years supervisory experience in supply chain management (logistics, sourcing, procurement).
• Experience as Procurement Supervisor in real estate industry.
• Solid experience in contracting and negotiating with suppliers.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite and ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).

• Leads the procurement team and processes Purchase Requests from Requestors/Proponents.
• Ensures supplier proposals meet requirements before negotiation and award.
• Willing to be assigned to Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Job description

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or any 4 years Business related course

• Preferably 5 years Supervisory experience specializing in Supply Chain Management - Logistics, Sourcing, Procurement or equivalent. End to end process

• With experience as Procurement Supervisor in a Real Estate Industry

• Solid experience in contracting and negotiating with suppliers

• Proficient in using MS Office or Google Suite.

• Knowledgeable in any MRP/ERP Systems - NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.

• Leads the team and initiate processing of Purchase Request (PR) forwarded by the Requestor or Proponent;

• Ensures that proposal from the vendors and suppliers are aligned and in compliance with the proponent’s requirement before the negotiation and award

• Willing to be assigned to Alabang, Muntinlupa City
