Job summary

Collins Aerospace Philippines is hiring an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee purchasing, logistics, inventory and distribution on site at First Philippine Industrial Park, Tanauan City.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field, 5–7 years in supply chain with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office skills, and proven leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–7 years in supply chain with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle) and inventory management.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must not have any disciplinary case within the past year.
• Experience in on-site operations in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, forecasting, and replenishment planning.
• Lead and mentor junior staff in the supply chain team.
• Implement best practices in procurement and logistics.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Finance.
